On March 3, Dusty graduated from AIT with his diploma. He left the next morning for GA where he completed Airborne training with flying colors and wings! He had to jump out of the plane.....5 or 6 times! Yikes! I am so proud of our military and their families for their service to our country. Go Dusty!

Dusty Turns 30!

It's hard to believe that I now have 2 children that are 30 years old! Dusty turned 30 on March 4. Niran and Bennett (Brandi's son) were helping blow out the birthday candles since there were so many! It was a busy 24 hours with his graduation from AIT and the birthday celebration. He was off to GA the day after (on his actual birthday) for Airborne training.

Newest Addition 2010

Our newest addition arrived on December 29...Calvin Lee McSpadden! Kimmy, Dusty and Niran are doing just fine and enjoying their newest little boy. Take a look:

Adult Children

It is hard to imagine children growing up! Mine have! It brings tears to my eyes to see how wonderful they have matured and grew up to be responsible adult children with families of their own. I must have done something right! It is not always possible to get a picture together, especially when everyone lives in different cities. This was taken on December 4, 2010 after Udell's funeral.

Six Months and Growing!

Little Brooksie is really growing. He is happy and chubby! He has changed so much in the past few months. Just look at those McKay style feet and thighs! He is living up to his middle name....McKay!

Bennett has adjusted nicely to being a big brother and helping with Brooks. He is such a good helper.

Spring Break with my Nephew!

My 15 year old nephew wanted to spend spring break with us. So......he came, he skied, he rode horses, he doctored calves, he ate and he even scrapbooked with me! He's quite versatile! We had a really great time!

While visiting the grandchillins, I came across this 4 ingrediants cookboook for $4.99! Caitlyn loves to cook and I thought this would give her some great ideas to prepare for those 4 little brothers of hers.

Where Did January Go?

Well, another month gone by. A lot has changed since I last posted....and all for the GOOD! My last day at the prison was December 31. I ended the year with one job and began with a new job. In between the change, I took a trip to AZ. Gotta get quality time in with the grandkids! I spent a few days with Brandi and then drove to Eric's for a few days. These are a few pictures of Bennett and Case on the farm. Case is showing Bennett around.....Now back to the job change......

I started a new job at Banner Health Care. I'm a recruiter and lovin' it! It provides me with the flexibility to balance school with work. The group that I'm working with is wonderful. They provide me with the tools to do my job, answers to my questions, and make me feel like I've been a part of the team forever. Their philosophy is a "Journey of a Lifetime." It is a learning organization where they truly VALUE their employees. Everyone succeeds! Did I tell you that I love it?
