Farm Girl Goes to the Big Apple!

I spent a few days in New York City last week visiting friends. What a great opportunity to have friends that live there and be your tour guide. We went to a Broadway play (on and off Broadway), World Trade Center, Statue of Liberty, China Town, Little Italy, Times Square and the subway!

A view from my hotel room. Lots of concrete, construction, taxi's, sirens, noise, and people. I think I prefer the simple life. Nice place to visit, but I love the farm life.

Case Time

I returned to AZ to keep an eye on Case while his mom and dad had business commitments out of town. My sister asked if she could join me, so she met me in Tucson and we drove up together.


I now understand why people have children at a young age. It took both of us to keep up with this baby. He can move! We decided to make a trip to town to buy this walker. He learned to use it in about.........5 minutes. He was motoring!

When we got ready to leave, he crawled into my suitcase and sat down! His mom and dad wouldn't let him go.

He loves to eat! Look at those BLUE eyes.
